As Head of the Corporate and Commercial Practice, she brings extensive experience in advising on all aspects of pragmatic corporate operations and commercial law. She is widely recognised for her expertise in cross-border transactions with a China element, regularly advising Chinese companies on establishing and conducting business in Hong Kong, as well as assisting international clients navigating Hong Kong’s legal framework.

Her insights are highly regarded and frequently relied upon by listed companies, financial institutions, and foreign counterparties to validate corporate legitimacy and ensure regulatory compliance. She brings significant depth to mergers and acquisitions, with a precise command of complex transaction structures, corporate governance, and operational frameworks.
